 (SECOND SHIFT)

KEY FEATURES OF CMP FOR THE SESSION OF (2018-19)
1.       To setup primary resource room with reading cards, pictorial cards, LCD projector, two computers with printer, will be available.
2.        Purchase 42” plasma TV to show quality film (children film society) to our students.
3.       Films show follows by film review written and presented by the children themselves expressing their opinions about the viewed film.
4.       Purchase high duty digital cyclostyling machine to make quality worksheet.
5.       Primary computer lab will be utilized by the computer instructor.
6.       Allocation of Rs. 5000 (four section) for procuring TLM every month.
7.       Community lunch to expose children to diverse food habits and to develop the attitude of caring and sharing.
8.       Educational trips and tour to places of public utilities like post office, bank, museum, zoo. etc
9.       Library activities including exhibition of newly purchased books to motivate reading habits and writing of books reviews.
10. Publication of school and regional level newsletter to reflect creative ideas of children, the various activities they participate in and achievements.
11. Compulsory health check up
12. Conduct of competition in the areas of fine art such as printing, drama, dance, etc.

REPORT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF CMP

(APRIL 2018-MARCH 2019)

K.V. NO-2,(SECOND SHIFT) BAILEY ROAD, PATNA

The effective implementation of common minimum programme (CMP) to ensure qualitative improvement in primary school education. All program strategies and activities under the scheme of CMP initiatives as being realized. 
1. Distributions of I cards among the students.
2. Students profile has been prepared 
3. Issued teaching learning material, preparation of TLM and there used (record there off are kept )
4. Subject committee  meeting on the last working days organized.
5. Lesson wise teachers dairy planning and submission four HM’s signature regularly.
6.Competency wise activities based teaching learning by the teachers and students.
7. PTA meeting had been conducted after FA-1, SA-1, FA-3 & SA-2.
8. Utilization of NIE services.
9.Corrections of classwork & home work done by the teachers supervised by the HM and follow up.
10.Mediacal check up by the distinguish team by the doctor &b nurses are invited to conduct a health checkup camp all the primary students
11.Use of TLM monthly contingent found in being utilized by all teachers .
12.TLM is prepared by teachers and students are used effectively.
13.Under CCA programme ,English, hindi, calligraphy, solo song , group song , solo dance, group dance, rangoli making, drawing & painting , fancy dress competition, being organized for the over all development 
14.Students are encourage to participate actively and equally co-curricular activities and indirectly learning also takes place in natural flow
15.Cub & Bulbul Utsav is celebrated with lots of enthusiasm it provides opportunities to in culcate moral, social spirit of co-operation among to student. 
16.Monitoring and evaluation by HM regular checking of teachers diary and activity plan being done by HM.
17.Timely subject committee meeting  is being arranged .
18.Copy (random selected )are again re-evaluated HM 

 
RESULT OF FIRST SHIFT IS 100 %. IN SCIENCE STREAM 100 %(T-107 & P-107) COMMERCE 100 %( T-38 & P-38) HUMANITY 100%(T-47 & P-47). IN SECOND SHIFT RESULT IS 98.86 %. SCIENCE 100%(T-46 & P-46), COMMERCE 97.6%(T-42 & P-41). GAURAV KUMAR SINGH IS TOPPER IN SCIENCE(93.8 %), OM SINGH IS TOPPER IN COMMERCE(93.8%), & ANURADHA PATEL IS SCHOOL TOPPER (96.6% HUMANITY). PRINCIPAL AND STAFF MEMBERS CONGRATULATE THE TOPPERS STUDENTS & ALL THE STUDENTS FOR THEIR GRAND SUCCESS IN THE CBSE BORD EXAMINATION OF CLASS XII.
